CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS
Delta Upsilon International Fraternity and our chapters are governed by a Constitution and By-laws, as well as a set a Policies and Procedures. These governing documents outline the purpose of the Fraternity and set the standards for upholding our mission and Principles.
The first Constitution of Delta Upsilon Fraternity was framed in 1836 and enunciated clearly the basic purposes of the Fraternity, which have remained constant to this day.
